• All aspects of estate administration on behalf of an Executor or an Administrator including identification, preservation, redemption and distribution of estate assets.

 

There are fixed fees for many of the Estate Administration services provided by Blue Quill Legal and there is flexibility offered regarding the responsibility for and division of tasks between you and Blue Quill Legal.  This allows you, as Executor or Administrator, to remain in control of which aspects of the estate administration you complete and which aspects of the work you instruct Blue Quill Legal to complete on your behalf.
